Hi, I’m Shelley Baugh, founder of Mikst Company. As a proud biracial woman with 17 years of experience across startups, small businesses, and nonprofits, I know how to grow a business while staying true to your values. I’ve scaled companies, built people-focused cultures, and designed inspiring workspaces. My passion is blending strategic growth with personalized approaches to help businesses and individuals thrive.

Before business, I was a bartender, where I learned the art of connection and creativity—skills I now bring to Mikst Company. Here, I combine strategy with creativity to empower women to build businesses that reflect who they are.
